Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after the order has been placed. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly delayed. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

 



Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Time

The Dachino offers worldwide shipping with tracking provided for all orders.

Estimated delivery time for most destinations: 7–15 business days.

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on customs clearance, local postal services, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

 



Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your shipping destination, package weight, and selected shipping method.

Free shipping is available on orders over $100.

 



Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can track your order shipment information in the Tracking Order section using your tracking number.

Please allow approximately 24–48 hours for tracking information to become active and update within the carrier’s system.




Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at:

We will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier and work toward an appropriate resolution.

Please ensure that all shipping information provided at checkout is complete and accurate.

The Dachino is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
