Exchange Policy
Eligibility for Exchanges: We offer a one-time size exchange for products that do not meet your sizing expectations. To be eligible for an exchange, items must be returned in their original, unworn condition, with all tags and original packaging intact.
Exchange Request Period: All exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of the delivery date.
Exchange Process:
- Contact Us: Please contact our customer service team at info@thedachino.com to initiate the exchange process. Kindly include your order number and the size you would like to exchange for.
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us in Hong Kong. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe delivery of your return.
- Inspection & Reshipment: Once the returned item is received, it will be inspected to ensure it meets our exchange requirements. If approved, we will process the exchange and ship the new size to you at no additional shipping cost.
Return Policy
Eligibility for Returns: Returns are accepted only for items that are unworn, unused, and in their original condition, including all original packaging and tags.
Return Request Period: Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of the delivery date.
Restocking Fee: A 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the original purchase price for all approved returns.

- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Items must be securely packaged and returned using a trackable shipping service.
- Refund Processing: After the returned item has been received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method, minus the 25% restocking fee and any applicable shipping costs.
