Eligibility for Exchanges: We offer a one-time size exchange for products that do not meet your sizing expectations. To be eligible for an exchange, items must be returned in their original, unworn condition, with all tags and original packaging intact.

Exchange Request Period: All exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of the delivery date.

Exchange Process:

• Contact Us: Please contact our customer service team at info@thedachino.com to initiate the exchange process. Kindly include your order number and the size you would like to exchange for.
• Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us in Hong Kong. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe delivery of your return.
• Inspection & Reshipment: Once the returned item is received, it will be inspected to ensure it meets our exchange requirements. If approved, we will process the exchange and ship the new size to you at no additional shipping cost.

Restocking Fee: A 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the original purchase price for all approved returns.
