Eligibility for Exchange

We offer a one-time size exchange for products that do not meet your sizing expectations. To be eligible, the item must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags and packaging intact.

Exchange Period

Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of the delivery date.

Exchange Process

1. Contact Us

Please email our customer service team at info@thedachino.com to initiate the exchange process. Kindly include your order number and the desired new size.

2. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost to our return address (California, United States). We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.

3. Inspection & Replacement

Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected. If it meets our exchange conditions, we will process the size exchange and ship the new item to you. We will cover the shipping cost of sending the replacement item.

Eligibility for Return

Returns are accepted only if the product is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition, including all packaging and tags.

Return Period

Return requests must be initiated within 7 days from the delivery date.

Restocking Fee

A 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the original purchase price for all eligible returns.

3. Refund Issuance

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to your original payment method, minus the 25% restocking fee and any applicable shipping costs.
